For non-urgent maintenance, our team is available Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. For urgent call outs, we will send the nearest available tradesman to your site within four hours. We will do our utmost for after hours.

Our Team
Maintenance Team is primarily responsible for housing maintenance for Kainga Ora, with a focus on the south and east region of Auckland and Wellington. Our maintenance team has dedicated administrative staff responsible for work coordination, professional supervisors responsible for monitoring, and skilled workers responsible for carrying out the tasks. Any issues will be promptly resolved.
Due to the high demand of work during the week, we are strictly determined to have no tradesmen work on Sundays as we strongly feel that family time is extremely vital in helping our tradesmen to work more effectively and efficiently during the week. We maintain our constant focus to provide our clients with a worry-free service of experts in the construction & property maintenance arena.
