Who We Are
The MD Construction Ltd. story began in Mangere, Auckland in 2010 with the aim of providing high-quality property maintenance services to our local community. We are a privately owned, independent property maintenance business in New Zealand. We provide a high standard in our property maintenance throughout all our jobsites.
We currently employ 70 management and trade staffs, and about 50 experienced sub-contractors. Many of our team members and tradesmen have been a part of MD Construction Ltd. since its creation, reflecting our commitment to building long-lasting relationships with our employees and clients alike. We are, and always have been, proudly New Zealand owned and operated. MD Construction Ltd. has expanded our service due to the increasing demand of experienced, professional tradesmen. Our commitment to using highly skilled tradesmen and providing excellent professional customer service has allowed us to consistently deliver quality work and achieve client satisfaction.
Scope of Work
Since MD Construction’s creation, we have been able to provide additional services to meet the demand of our clients. We provide reliable services, including carpentry, painting, roofing, scaffolding, electrical work, plumbing, yard maintenance, kitchen joinery, flooring and cleaning.

As we sharpened our focus on delivering superior quality and expediting our services, our reputation as skilled, capable, and efficient tradesmen started to garner significant acclaim among our clientele. This recognition propelled our expansion into the maintenance of a greater number of properties situated in the major metropolitan areas of New Zealand.
History
Our history shows we have successfully expanded our clientele and gained recognition for our professional services. Currently, we maintain KO properties in South Auckland and East Auckland for Spotless (NZ) Ltd. and around KO properties in the Wellington and Porirua Region for Programmed. This significant task is one that we embrace and approach with dedication, ensuring professionalism and respect for our clients and the families whose homes we maintain.
- 2020 – 2030 Continue with Spotless Auckland and Spotless Wellington. We also joined the HNZ General Reinstatement & Refurbishment Builders Panel which we have opportunity to tender all kinds of construction work from HNZ.
- 2016 – 2020 Continue with Spotless, Programmed Wellington. We also joined the Programmed East Auckland contract for the 5 years.
- 2015 – Signed with Spotless, Spencer Henshaw, Programmed Wellington, Keyhousing, AccentOn.
- 2014 – We renamed as MD CONSTRUCTION LTD. also we are starting up Earthquake Recovery <5000 Minor Projects.
- 2013 – Spotless, Switched On still continuing and signed up with Spencer Henshaw.
- 2012 – Spotless, Switched On and then started work with the Earthquake Recovery in Christchurch for about 5 months.
- 2011 – Continued with Spotless and opened a branch in Wellington when we signed up with Switched On Ltd.
- 2010 – MD Property Services Ltd. created and signed with Spotless (NZ) Ltd. We covered the South Auckland and East Auckland area.
